The 75 year old Texas music publisher, Southern Music Company of San Antonio, Texas, was acquired by Lauren Keiser, veteran music
publisher on June 22, 2012. Southern Music is a leading educational and concert music publisher having published thousands of
titles and establishing a long list of standard school and concert repertoire for band, chamber groups, individual
instruments, orchestra, choral and vocal forces.

The Southern Music publications will be available from Hal Leonard,
who exclusively distributes the Lauren Keiser Music Publishing titles worldwide. Southern Music will maintain an office in
San Antonio, Texas with Bob Dingley, Southern Music’s General Manager, running the operation on a day-to-day basis.

purchase of MMB Music's assets of St. Louis and joining it with new deals and editions he is creating and developing. His
almost forty years of being involved with Alfred, Cherry Lane and Carl Fischer , the latter two where he served as
CEO/President, provided a basis and foundation for a new music publishing company based on his experience. Mr. Keiser also
